Year Two and Beyond: What's Next?

Get familiar with all the tools available in the WellSuite® Portal. Set up your subgroups. Run your first wellness campaign. As a wellness program administrator, there are so many details to consider, and often so little time. You focus on running an effective program and helping participants have a good experience. Then you've got to generate follow-up reports, evaluate interventions, and meet with your C-Suite leaders.

There always seems to be a flurry of activity, and then suddenly, it's time to start a new year.

What's next? Another year of health risk assessment results from your population and focused wellness initiatives provides you with valuable data to improve your program. It's a good time to evaluate your progress, take a closer look at your settings that control the assessment period, manage user names and passwords, and generate reports.

Assessment Period: Make sure your assessment period is set correctly. At the same time, check your Bio Updates tab to make sure your biometrics will update the correct assessments.

User Names and Passwords: Returning year two participants will already have a User Name and Password from the first assessment period. Many will have forgotten one or the other since their last visit. You will need to decide how to handle this. Communication of these two items is crucial to starting your campaign in an orderly fashion. You have many options, so plan ahead.

Comparative Reports: With more than one year of assessment data, you can begin to report on changes from year to year. The Personal Report includes graphs to compare the previous assessment values with the current values. Likewise, the Group Progress Report can compare results for the previous and current periods for a cohort – a group of participants who have an assessment in each of the periods. This will give you a true apples-to-apples comparison. Other WellSuite® reporting tools can also provide you with valuable data about the health of your population.

Planning is crucial to success from year to year and will help you develop better wellness initiatives, achieve positive outcomes, and help your participants improve their health.
