When it's time to complete the health risk assessment (HRA), many wellness program administrators field a lot of questions from participants. And it can be a challenge to dispel the roadblocks and reasons individuals do not want to, or cannot, complete the HRA. Consider it another opportunity to educate, inform, and encourage your participants.
One way to make it easier for individuals to participate and complete the HRA is to develop and distribute a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The list of FAQs can be provided to participants during your marketing campaign and posted on your website. Always try to think of ways to turn a "negative" question into a "positive."
Plan ahead and create your own FAQ and answer sheet. Work with your wellness team to anticipate the questions and formulate the answers. And come up with a plan to distribute the FAQs during your marketing campaign of the HRA. You'll not only make your job easier, but help individuals better understand your program.
