Wellsource client Pacific Union College was recently named one the Healthiest Employers in California by the North Bay Business Journal. PUC's wellness program includes onsite health screenings, health risk assessments, health education opportunities and fitness classes that have helped employees achieve 27 percent fewer health risks than the national average.
PUC was recognized for excellence in "supporting mind, body and spirit" and being a trendsetter in employee wellness. The North Bay Business Journal said PUC earned the award for a thorough and accessible wellness program, and its programs like the "Inertia Initiative," "Lunch and Learn Series," the Wellness Studio and Health Services Clinic, and classes that include fitness boot camp, martial arts, and zumba.
