As you evaluate each employee, you will likely find those that are assertive, persuasive, leaders, do-gooders, and researchers. Not one of these categories is better than the other; it is simply a way to categorize people in order to place them in the proper department/job in order to use their strengths as much as possible.
Finding a way to channel the energy of your employees into something productive is the best way to ensure a happy and productive workplace. Employees that are in the wrong position or outside of their comfort zones are less likely to produce at the rate that you desire.
